1. AGE:
Minimal age is 21 years and driver must be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
2. MINIMUM RENTAL DURATION:
One day (24 hours) first hour over 24 hours is free of charge. Over one hour delay, a full day will be charged.
3. CREDIT CARD HONORED:
VISA, MASTERCARDB/EUROCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
4. RATES INCLUDE:
oil, maintenance and third party liability. Fuel is not included.
5. ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE:
15 € per additional driver, maximum 2 additional drivers.
6. CHAUFFEUR SERVICES:
30 € per day (no more than 10 hours).
7. REFUELING CHARGE:
For cars returned with empty/partially empty tank, the missing fuel will be charged with 1,00 € + VAT per liter.
8. DELIVERY/COLLECTION: to/from addresses, within city limits: 10 €. For another city the charge is 0,3 $ per kilometer from/to garage.
9. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW):
Accepted CDW reduces renter's financial responsibility to the non waivable amount in case of loss or damage of the vehicle and its parts except by following theft, as per chart below:

Regardless of whether CDW has been accepted or not, the renter is liable for full repair of the damages in the following situations:
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Gross negligence or willful action
• Use for illicit/illegal purposes
• Driving by unauthorized persons (under age, not declared and written on the RA, etc.)
• Driving the vehicle off road, in the mountains, etc.
• Damages to the underside of the vehicle, to the wheels and tires and to the interior space of the vehicle
• Violation of traffic regulations
• Missing written statement by traffic police at the time of check-in.
10. THEFT PROTECTION (TP):
Accepted TP relieves renter's financial responsibility in case of loss or of damage of the vehicle by or following theft or attempted theft, as per chart below:

Important notice: Both CDW and TP conditions are applicable only if Police protocol and accident report are presented. If not, the renter will be responsible, even if he accepted CDW and TP, for all the damages to the rented vehicle. Third party Liability Coverage is 8.000 Ç.
11. WEEKEND RATES:
apply between Friday 12:00 and Monday 12:00. Non discountable and not to be combined with other rate/promotion.
